How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online 24 hours a day through our online booking system or by contacting our reception team during business hours.
We offer appointments for routine consultations, preventative healthcare, chronic disease management, health assessments and complex medical concerns.
If you believe you require additional time with your doctor, please request a long consultation when booking.
Can I book online?
Yes. Online booking is available for most appointment types and can be accessed at any time through our website.
If you are unsure which appointment type to select, please contact our reception team for assistance.
Can I get an urgent appointment?
Patients requiring urgent medical attention will be triaged by our nursing team and offered the next available appointment.
Do you offer Telehealth appointments?
Telehealth appointments may be available where clinically appropriate. Please speak with our reception team to determine your eligibility.
Do you accept walk-in patients?
Yes. Walk-in patients will be assessed and accommodated according to clinical urgency and appointment availability.
Do I need a Medicare card?
A valid Medicare card is required to access Medicare rebates and bulk billed services. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please contact our reception team.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your Medicare card, any concession cards, a list of current medications and any relevant test results or specialist correspondence.
How do I receive my test results?
We recommend booking an appointment with your GP to discuss test results.
Results are generally not provided over the phone unless deemed appropriate by your doctor.
How do specialist referrals work?
Specialist referrals are completed during a consultation with your GP.
Repeat referrals may be issued at your doctor’s discretion.
Can I obtain a medical certificate?
Medical certificates require a consultation with your GP and cannot be backdated.
Do you offer home visits?
Home visits may be available for regular patients who are unable to attend the practice due to medical reasons.
Home visits are provided at the discretion of your GP.
How does your recall and reminder system work?
Our recall and reminder system helps patients stay up to date with important healthcare activities including health assessments, care plans, diabetes reviews, immunisations and preventative health screening.
If you prefer not to receive reminders, please advise our reception team.
Can I speak directly with my doctor?
If you need to speak with your doctor, our reception team will do their best to assist.
Your GP may be consulting with patients and may not be immediately available. If your matter is urgent, please advise reception.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact our reception team as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient.
